What We Do

Mediation is a very swift and inexpensive way to resolve issues between landlords and tenants to prevent homelessness by addressing issues such as non-payment of rent, breakdowns in communication, damage to property and failure to carry out repairs. We have worked with a variety of agencies including Leeds City Council and other councils in Yorkshire particularly in dealing with housing disrepairs. Our panel includes those who have mediated an enormous number of disputes involving landlord/tenant relations.
