Workplace Mediation Skills
This two day course will give an understanding of the principles of mediation, and a basic grounding in the skills used to resolve disputes in the workplace. It is suitable for HR staff, managers, supervisors or anyone with responsibility for dealing with conflict in the workplace. This course is an introductory course. To become a workplace mediator, the full qualification in mediation skills is required.
CPD Workplace Mediation training courses
We are in the process of finalising CPD accreditation for our Workplace Mediation training courses and CPD accreditation will be available from September 2017. This course can be tailored to your organisational needs and budget and does not require portfolio completion. Ideal for learners looking for cost effective, flexible workplace mediation training which can be completed within 1-3 days, resulting in accredited learning and CPD points.
OCN Level 3 Award in Mediation Skills
An accredited award which combines classroom learning with practice to teach participants the core skills required to mediate disputes and challenge difficult behaviours. The course takes place over six and a half days and requires learners to complete a portfolio of evidence. Can be tailored to focus on workplace or community mediation.
A one day course looking a the process and principles of mediation. Explore conflict situations and understand where mediation would be appropriate. Learning the basic skills and processes used in mediation.
A one day course which helps participants develop an understanding of conflict and the different styles of managing it. Participants will learn the importance of communication skills in conflict management and to identify practical ways of dealing with difficult behaviour. Suitable for team leaders, managers and front-line staff.
