Community & Workplace Mediation
The mediation process has been useful and really insightful. I feel like we wouldn’t had reached this far if it wasn’t for Colins help in the process.
Colin was professional, calm and knowledgeable and it felt like he had both parties best interests.
Colin is one of the most dedicated, professional and caring people it’s been my good fortune to meet. The employment relationship which had broken down over a protracted period and tainted all communications was at risk of never being resolved and yet the mediation service provided enabled bridges to be built in just a few short days. It was like coming to a completely new working environment, with an atmosphere full of mutual respect and underpinned by a real intention to work together more effectively.
The mediation went well with Kay& Colin hopefully things will run smoothly from now on. Thank you for all your help in this matter.
